Returns & Exchanges

At Baker Klein Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Baker Klein Shop.
